Can I cancel the order that I have placed over your web site?
Please contact us immediately if you have changed your mind. If the order has already been processed we cannot cancel/refund any goods ordered.
What is your returns policy?
The majority of products on our website can be returned for a full refund. A credit will only be issued if the goods are in a re-sellable condition. No credit will be given if either the product or its packaging are returned damaged.
Products ordered in specially from our suppliers canot be returned (unless they are found to be faulty in which case a replacement will be arranged). This is in keeping within the terms and conditions of our suppliers. We cannot return these goods to them, therefore you cannot return the goods to us. All products that cannot be returned are clearly marked on the product page on this website.
Please ensure that what you are buying is correct to avoid unnecessary hassle. If you are unsure that what you are buying is correct please call us to discuss your requirements before purchasing.
Can you provide a next day delivery service?
We can provide a next day delivery service on goods that are in stock and if the order is placed before 1pm. This option is only available with our courier service so the carriage charge may be slightly higher. Please contact us directly on 0208 994 0118 if you would like to book an overnight delivery.
Do you have a lighting showroom where I can see your range?
We do have a showroom in store but we do not display all the fittings shown on our website.
Do you repair/rewire light fittings?
We cannot carry out repairs or electrical work of any kind as we are not qualified electricians. If a fitting we sold you has gone faulty within its warranty period we can send it back to the supplier for a replacement or credit.

How do you deliver the goods and where do you deliver to?
We use Royal Mail for smaller packages and TNT couriers for larger/fragile items. Standard delivery is to mainland UK however we can ship overseas but would need to investigate carriage charges for this option.
How often do you update your website?
We aim to update our website as soon as changes are made from our suppliers but this is not always possible. Prices shown on the website will be honoured until the change is made
How will you use my personal information?
We neither store, nor pass on any personal details to third parties
I need my lights to be installed can you do this for me?
Unfortunately we cannot install anything for you as we are not qualified electricians. We do however have a list of electricians local to our store if this will help you.
I’ve seen a light on another website but cannot see it on yours, is there anyway you can find it for me?
If you’ve seen something on another website you like send us an email with either a link to the product or an image and if we cant find you exactly the same product we will try and send you some similar alternatives.
What if my delivery contains damaged items?
If your delivery contains damaged items you will need to inform us within 48 hours of the goods being delivered. This is keeping in line with the terms and conditions of our carrier service. If you fail to do this no refund/credit will be given.
What ways can I pay you?
We accept cash, all major credit cards (excluding American Express) and if needs be we can provide our bank details for a cash transfer.
When can I expect my delivery
Delivery times will vary depending on product availability. If we have the products you have ordered in stock you should expect to see them within a couple of days. There are some items that will need to be ordered from our suppliers (sometimes from outside the UK) In these circumstances delivery could take up to 2-3 weeks. If we see that there is anything out of stock on your order or an item that is likely to take a while for delivery we will let you know straight away.
