Times
Orders placed before 2pm (UK weekdays) will be dispatched the same day first class or courier post. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day. We will endeavour to deliver the following day but please allow up to 7 days for delivery within the UK and at least 20 business days for any addresses outside the UK. International deliveries are often received before 20 working days, but our postal service cannot guarantee this.
We can arrange next day delivery on goods that are in stock and if the order is placed before 1pm. This option is only available with our courier service so the carriage charge may be slightly higher. Please contact us directly on 0208 994 0118 if you would like to arrange an overnight delivery.
Customs and Duty
Please note all shipments to US and the rest of the World may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you, we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
Returns
The majority of products on our website can be returned for a full refund. A credit will only be issued if the goods are in a re-sellable condition. No credit will be given if either the product or its packaging are returned damaged.
Products ordered in specially from our suppliers cannot be returned (unless they are found to be faulty in which case a replacement will be arranged). This is in keeping within the terms and conditions of our suppliers. We cannot return these goods to them, therefore you cannot return the goods to us. All products that cannot be returned are clearly marked on the product page on this website.
Please, please make sure that the items you order are correct. Once goods are in transit, we cannot recall them to correct mistakes. Please feel free to call us to discuss your requirements prior to ordering.
